Todays lesson was interesting. To start off with, Adam's starter was a good way to get students to sketch something, communicate and share them.
The handout on Behaviour Management was interesting to read and included information about how to manage behaviour. It also shows how a teacher's views and experiences changed through facing challenges in practice and how watching Bill Rogers' video series had a great influence on the teacher and his teaching. Bill Rogers approach shows useful ways of how manage behaviour in positive ways.
Doing the Staffordshire Graduate Attributes was also useful for us to see how we are developing and progressing with the attributes. I will try and do more of these and see how i have progressed with time. The video on Dylan Williams also gave me an insight into formative assessment strategy, feedback, questioning, peer assessing.
Finally, we had a lovely afternoon going out for nice meal with everyone. And good luck to everyone for the observations! :-)
